Customer Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Customer Information
    Customers must provide complete and accurate details including name, phone, address, pin code, and waste type/quantity.
  2. Pickup Process and Verification
    Riders will verify OTP, inspect, weigh, and document waste with photo uploads.
  3. Prohibited and Illegal Waste
    Wastix does not accept hazardous, medical, toxic, flammable, or criminal-related waste. Legal action will be taken against violators.
  4. Pricing, Weight & Additional Charges
    ₹50 minimum visit fee. Charges apply for incorrect segregation, multiple locations, and final digital weight is binding.
  5. Rescheduling and Missed Pickups
    Extra rescheduling fee applies. If missed, ₹50 still charged.
  6. Customer Conduct
    Respectful behavior is required. No direct negotiation with riders.
  7. Legal Liability Disclaimer
    Customers are fully responsible for the legality and safety of waste.
  8. Amendments
    Wastix may update terms anytime. Continued use implies agreement.
  9. Jurisdiction
    Governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under High Court of Delhi.

Rider Terms and Conditions

  1. Customer Interaction & Conduct
    Riders must be polite. No price/waste negotiations allowed.
  2. Pickup Verification Process
    OTP required. Inspect, weigh, photograph, and upload all data accurately.
  3. Handling Improper or Scattered Waste
    Notify support and proceed only after Wastix approval.
  4. Prohibited and Illegal Waste
    Do not touch or collect banned items. Report immediately.
  5. Rescheduling and Customer Unavailability
    Mark status in app and upload proof. ₹50 fee still applies.
  6. Data Accuracy and Reporting
    Accurate weights, photos, and notes are mandatory.
  7. Drop Point Image Upload and Responsibility
    Waste must be left only at approved drop points with photo proof.
  8. Liability and Responsibility
    Riders must not change service terms or handle payments.
  9. Termination and Review
    Violations may lead to suspension or legal action.
  10. Jurisdiction
    Governed by Indian law. Disputes under Delhi High Court.
  11. Direct Dealing and Policy Violation
    Off-platform dealing is banned. Strict action for violators.
